Working closely with the Global Partnerships team, this role focuses on identifying, engaging, and managing relationships with corporate, philanthropic, and ecosystem partners that advance Endeavor’s mission and global reach.The Associate will collaborate across Endeavor’s international offices, contributing to the implementation of the global partnerships strategy, the execution of partner deliverables, and the success of major fundraising events such as the Endeavor Week and Gala.Key Responsibilities:Management and implementation of new and current partnerships (40%)Maintain accurate partner information, benefits tracking, and reports within Salesforce and Notion.Track deliverables and ensure smooth coordination of partnership benefits across Endeavor Global and local officesSupport strategic relationships with key global and regional partners, ensuring timely follow-up and consistent communicationResearch and Pipeline support (40%)Identifying and researching high-potential partners, with a focus on new strategic tech and AI companiesPrepare outreach strategies, including refining the value proposition for each partner personaContribute to identifying and shaping new partnership opportunities aligned with Endeavor’s prioritiesSupport the preparation and updating of proposals, outreach materials, and presentationsStrategic Events Support (20%)Preparing partner materials for eventsTrack and document partner visibility, deliverables, and outcomes for reporting and stewardshipAssist with the execution of Endeavor’s key events (Gala, ISPs, Global Gatherings, Partnerships Retreat)Who you are:1–3 years of experience as an analyst and/or in fundraising, partnerships, business development, or related fields (internships or fellowships accepted)AI proficiency and curiosity, with the ability to assess and adopt new technologies, automate tasks, and improve team efficiency through modern toolsStrong commitment to Endeavor’s mission and understanding of the entrepreneurial ecosystemAnalytical and detail-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to conduct independent research and draw actionable insights from dataExperience with Salesforce and Notion is a plusProject Management Guru: You must be a capable project manager who can think through timelines, dependencies, budgets for programsCollaborator: You will work with and rely on numerous internal stakeholders.
