We are working with an established, highly successful CRE investment firm (~$15B AUM) that is looking for a "hands-on" EVP of Asset Management to help oversee the operational/financial performance of the firm’s multibillion-dollar national multifamily portfolio - ground-up development, value-add, and existing Class A.
This candidate will also be handling general asset/portfolio management, strategic planning, and investments, and will be regularly presenting performance improvement and transaction recommendations to the executive leadership team, and Investment Committee.

Experience:
- 15-20 years of direct asset management experience, working with a large CRE owner/operator, asset manager, or PE firm - deep/broad institutional multifamily exposure is a prerequisite
- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, or similar
- Experience implementing/overseeing strategy at both the property, and portfolio level, with the ability to identify opportunities for performance improvement
- Experience conducting deep financial and operational analysis for a CRE portfolio, against historical performance
- Experience taking part in transactions, interfacing with IR, and working at the fund-level
