Analyst, Corporate Finance | CRE Investment Firm | Chicago/NYC
We are working with a leading CRE investment firm that is looking for an Analyst to join their fast-paced Corporate Finance/FP&A team, which plays an integral role in managing the firm’s multibillion-dollar portfolio of diversified real estate holdings throughout the US.
This is a high-visibility role, on a high-visibility team, and offers exposure to performance management, reporting, forecasting, etc. The ideal candidate will be both polished and technical, as the position involves executive/investor-level interface, as well as complex financial analysis.

Experience
- 2-5 years of direct corporate finance experience, working in an institutional environment
- Bachelor’s degree in RE, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, or similar from top-tier university
- Ability to both present in front of the executive team, as well as perform complex reporting and financial analysis
