Comprehensive Pilates Teacher
Job Title: Pilates Instructor Job Type: Part-time Compensation: $30–$50 per session/class client growth incentives Location: Endeavor Pilates – Suwanee About Us Endeavor Pilates Suwanee is expanding its Pilates offerings and is seeking a traditionally-trained Pilates teacher who wants to build a strong private client base using our proven sales funnel.
This role is ideal for someone who wants autonomy, a long-term home studio, and support in growing their personal book of business. This is a business-building role: You will receive new-client leads regularly, and you’ll be supported with marketing, automated sales funnels, studio management tools, and goal-setting — but you will be responsible for converting prospects into your regular clients. Responsibilities
- Teach private sessions, duets, and small-group equipment classes.
- Create individualized programs and progression plans across all classical apparatus.
- Conduct new-client intro sessions and guide prospects into ongoing programs.
- Follow up with leads provided by the studio using our sales process.
- Maintain classical sequencing, transitions, and methodology.
- Help shape Endeavor Pilates - Suwanee’s Pilates identity.
- Maintain a clean, organized environment and contribute positively to studio culture.
Qualifications
- Formal traditional Pilates certification. Beginner level required, Intermediate preferred.
- Strong Pilates knowledge, hands-on correction skills, and client-programming capabilities
- Comfortable working with a steady flow of new clients.
- Confident selling and converting clients (training & leads provided).
- Professional, dependable, and passionate about the Pilates Method.
Schedule
- Flexible. Instructor sets their private training hours, studio is open 6a to 9p M-F and 8-12p SA.
- Opportunities to grow small groups as client load increases.
