Endeavor Pest Management – Central Texas
Endeavor Pest Management is hiring a Termite, Rodent & Wildlife Technician to perform inspections, treatments, exclusions, and repair work for residential and commercial customers.
No pest control experience required. We provide training and licensing support. This role is ideal for candidates with handyman, construction, maintenance, or repair experience who are comfortable using tools and working at heights.
What You’ll Do
- Perform termite, rodent, and wildlife inspections and services
- Install bait systems, traps, exclusion materials, and repairs
- Use hand and power tools daily
- Work on ladders, roofs, and in attics/crawl spaces
- Identify entry points and perform sealing and exclusion work
- Communicate professionally with customers
- Document services using mobile software
What We’re Looking For
- No prior pest control experience required (training provided)
- Comfortable using hand and power tools
- Must not be afraid of heights (ladders/roof work required)
- Physically able to lift 50 lbs and perform manual labor
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and safety-focused
Experience That’s a Plus (Not Required)
- Handyman, construction, roofing, or maintenance background
- Carpentry, repair, or exclusion work
- Pest control, termite, rodent, or wildlife experience
