Rehabilitation Technician - Inpatient – (Days/Evenings)

Position Highlights

• Position: Rehabilitation Technician
• Location: Skokie Hospital
• Part-Time
• Hours: 24 hours
• Hours: One late shift until 7:30pm; Tuesday and Saturday 7:00-3:30pm and Fridays 11:00a-7:30p.
• Rotating weekends: Yes
• Required Travel: no
• Holidays: yes; 2 per year; one summer and one winter holiday
  
  

What You Will Do

• Assist the Physical, Occupational or Speech therapists with patient care activities at the bedside and/or in the open gym
• Sort, store and keep inventory of linens, supplies, equipment and forms
• Assist with therapy scheduling
  
  

What You Will Need

• Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Certification: n/a
• Experience: Previous experience or observation/volunteer hours in a rehab or clinical setting preferred
• Unique or Preferred Skills: n/a
