Rehabilitation Technician - Inpatient – (Days/Evenings)
Position Highlights
- Position: Rehabilitation Technician
- Location: Skokie Hospital
- Part-Time
- Hours: 24 hours
- Hours: One late shift until 7:30pm; Tuesday and Saturday 7:00-3:30pm and Fridays 11:00a-7:30p.
- Rotating weekends: Yes
- Required Travel: no
- Holidays: yes; 2 per year; one summer and one winter holiday
- Assist the Physical, Occupational or Speech therapists with patient care activities at the bedside and/or in the open gym
- Sort, store and keep inventory of linens, supplies, equipment and forms
- Assist with therapy scheduling
- Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certification: n/a
- Experience: Previous experience or observation/volunteer hours in a rehab or clinical setting preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: n/a
