- Experienced Doctor of Medicine or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine with current license to practice medicine in the state of Illinois
- Board certified or eligible
- Active DEA and Illinois Controlled Substance License
- The interpersonal skills necessary to effectively interact with patients, families, medical personnel, and other members of the health care team in a compassionate and customer-oriented manner.
- Current knowledge of evidence-based standards of medical care for specialty area.
- The ability to perform effectively and efficiently under the pressure of stressful emergency situations.
- Ability to prioritize patient care to support efficient patient flow in in EEH facilities or EEH Medical Group offices.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule and to assist in covering vacancies when necessary.

- 2- year salary guarantee from $222,000- $356,000. As a valued member of an integrated team, your placement within the pay range is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance.
- License: Illinois Medical License or License Pending
- Certification: The successful candidate for this position will have completed a Family Medicine residency and be board certified/eligible by the American Board of Family Medicine.
- Development of clinical practice.
- A minimum of 34 bookable hours per week and 20 extended hours per month, which are a subset of the 34 bookable hours, to include morning/evening/weekend hours.
- Participation in weekend and weekday call.
