- Hours: Rotating Monday-Sunday, 8:00am - 8:00pm
- Required Travel: Yes
The Pharmacy Technician II is responsible assisting in system wide and entity wide initiatives focused on mediation safety, quality improvement, and regulatory readiness. This role partners with pharmacy leadership to evaluation medication use processes, identify opportunities for improvement. The technician will participate medication use evaluations, gap analysis, and medication event review and other projects.
What You Will Do
- Support medication use evaluations
- Conduct audits
- Assist with medication event review and follow up
- Assist in performance improvement initiatives
- Analyze and trend data
- Conducts rounds to pharmacies as assigned
- Contribute to policy, workflow updates
- 1st year student enrolled in a professional degree program in pharmacy in a school or college of pharmacy or a department of pharmacy of a university
- Registered Pharmacy Technician (RPHT) - Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation (IDFPR) Current State of Illinois Department of Professional Regulation License (IDFPR) Required
