Hospital Operator
Position Highlights
- Position: Hospital Operator
- Location: Glenview, IL
- Part-time (24 hours)
- Hours: Thursday, Friday, every other weekend 10:30pm-7:00am
- Rotating Holidays (3 on, 3 off)
- Required Travel: No
- Professionally answer and process incoming telephone calls timely and accurately
- Respond and accurately process emergency notification requests including overhead announcements, pager notifications and escalation
- Documentation of daily activities in shift reports
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience: Six months’ experience as a telephone operator on a multi-function switchboard is preferred
- Unique or Preferred Skills: Experience in a hospital or health care related setting preferred
