Position Highlights
- Position: Expressive Therapist
- Location: LOH Hinsdale & Naperville
- Full Time
- Hours: M/W/F 9a-5p at our LOH Inpatient location, T/TH 11a-7:30p at our Hinsdale location
- Provides quality clinical expressive therapy services to patient populations and their families/significant others
- Conducts daily group assessments to identify issues for treatment focus and reports in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Communicates expressive therapy treatment goals/recommendations with the interdisciplinary treatment team, and participates in treatment team meetings as assigned.
- Documents therapy performed, interventions, patient’s clinical status, progress, and treatment recommendations in patient charts
- Education: A Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant behavioral health field
- Certification: Music Therapist- Board Certified Music Therapist (MT-BC); Art Therapist- Registered Art Therapist (ATR) or Dance Movement Therapist- Registered Dance Movement Therapist (R-DMT); CPR/BLS within 90 days, CPI within 90 days
- Experience: Minimum of two years’ experience in a behavioral health inpatient setting
- Eligibility for our Annual Incentive Plan, which offers the potential to earn a certain percentage amount of your base salary based on organizational performance. (For AIP eligible positions)
