What You Will Do
- Assists with designing, developing, and maintaining training strategies, class curricula, and support documentation.
- Supports small projects as assigned.
- Assists with testing and troubleshooting of EMR and technology systems.
- Remains updated and learns new technologies and methods for training delivery.
- Supports and delivers training onsite and virtually (one-to-one, classroom, and group settings) with oversight.
- Associate’s Degree or equivalent work experience
- 1 years in healthcare or relevant industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; ability to learn new applications.
- Foundational instructional and facilitation skills.
- Customer service orientation and ability to build rapport with end-users.
- Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic environment
