Endeavor Health Services is currently seeking a full-time (37.5 hours) Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operation of the secretarial, clerical, and reception our behavioral health clinic located at 1526 Walden Avenue, Cheektowaga, NY 14225. The Office Manager supervises, supports, and guides the day-to-day operation of the support staff, front end office, and works with our facility maintenance team to ensure building concerns are taken care of for their particular site. Must be willing to work 1-2 evenings per week (until 8:30pm).

Salary starting at $23.43 - $25/hr depending on education and experience.

The Office Manager supervises, supports, and guides the day-to-day operation of the support staff, front end office, and works with our facility maintenance team to ensure building concerns are taken care of for their particular site. Responsibilities
- Supervise the day-to-day focus of the front office and the secretarial staff at their site.
- Provide continued coaching, training, and development within their team.
- Monitor office equipment such as copiers, faxes, and printers to make sure they are in working order. Reorder supplies as needed.
- Ensure the front offices are clean, organized, and free of clutter.
- Meet regularly with site supervisors and other onsite department staff to ensure communication and updates across the office are happening.
- Take care of client concerns or complaints as needed.
- Help with client check/ registration as needed. Help cover their teams’ work assignments, other site assignments, and cover front desk work when needed due to staff shortages, calls offs, and or vacations.
- Maintain employee information boards with agency postings, updates, and or mandatory state/federal postings and guidelines.
- Conduct weekly supervisions with their secretaires.
- Complete performance reviews, and any discipline documents as needed.
- Check over daily batches and deliver to the finance department weekly.
- Work on the CICBH Firewall/task report.
- Communicate regularly with the Operations Management team with any building updates, staffing issues, and possible site concerns.
- Bachelor’s Degree and (2) years’ experience as a Supervisor and Business/Office Manager
- Associate’s degree and (3) years’ experience as a Supervisor and Business/Office Manager
- Minimum of (4) years Supervisor and Business/Office Manager employment in a health care setting.
