This role focuses on accurate and efficient entry, maintenance, and management of medical records and related data using proprietary medical record software, Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems, and standard office applications. The ideal candidate excels in handling sensitive information, maintaining confidentiality, and supporting cross-department collaboration within a data entry team.
Responsibilities
- Enter medical and administrative data accurately using specialized and standard software
- Prepare, sort, and organize documents for data entry
- Create and maintain logs to track data entries and updates
- Review data for accuracy and consistency, identifying discrepancies
- Analyze and resolve or report data-related issues to supervisors
- Manage file maintenance and record keeping with attention to confidentiality
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams while adhering to data privacy policies
- Maintain high typing speed and accuracy to manage high-volume data inputs
Required Qualifications
