What You'll Do

As a DSP, you'll work directly with individuals in their homes and throughout the Prescott Valley community, helping them achieve the goals that matter most to them.

You may:

• Support daily routines and independent living skills
• Encourage participation in community activities and recreation
• Assist with personal care when needed
• Teach practical life skills through everyday experiences
• Celebrate milestones and personal achievements
• Partner with families and Care Coordinators to provide exceptional support

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED
• Valid Arizona Driver's License
• Reliable transportation
• Ability to pass required background checks
• Completion of paid training provided by Endeavor
