This role is part advocate, part organizer, and part problem-solver. You help keep the moving pieces of care aligned so that families feel supported and individuals with developmental disabilities receive the services that help them thrive at home and in their communities.
Some days you're coordinating schedules and documentation. Other days you're guiding families through the HCBS system or checking in with team members to make sure everything is on track. Every day, your work quietly makes life easier for someone who needs it.

What The Role Looks Like
- Support families and individuals receiving services
- Coordinate communication between DSPs, families, and the Endeavor team
- Keep documentation organized and compliant with Arizona DDD guidelines
- Help ensure services are delivered the way the planning team intended

We're Looking For Someone Who
- Communicates clearly and compassionately

Requirements
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card (or ability to obtain)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass CPS/APS registry checks
- Comfortable using Apple devices and Google Workspace
