Endeavor Eye Center is a patient-centered, team-oriented optometry practice seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team as an Associate Sales (Optical), Optician-in-Training, and Technician-in-Training. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping people, is eager to learn, is a team player, and takes pride in providing exceptional customer service.
Position Details
- Full-time (approximately 32 hours/week) or Part-time available (16 hours/ week)
- Training provided in optical sales, opticianry, and clinical support
Responsibilities
- Assist patients with frame and lens selection in our optical and medical clinic
- Learn optician skills including measurements, lens education, and eyewear adjustments
- Provide exceptional customer service with a friendly, professional attitude
- Support doctors and staff as a technician-in-training (pre-testing and patient flow)
- Assist teammates as needed to ensure smooth daily operations
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Qualifications
- Hard-working, dependable, and punctual
- Friendly, positive attitude with strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and grow as an optician and technician
- Team player who enjoys assisting others
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
Experience
- No prior optical or medical experience required
- Customer service, sales, retail, or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
