We have engaged with an innovative owner/operator/developer of primarily industrial real estate assets. Our client has a long history of success and they are looking for an Property Manager to join their team. This is an opportunity to grow with a great team and company.Key Duties & ResponsibilitiesThe property oversight of an industrial real estate portfolioManaging all day-to-day operations of properties in their portfolio, third-party vendors and contractors to ensure properties are properly maintained in accordance with company standards and maintenance agreementsBuilding and maintaining exemplary internal and external relationships with tenants, team members, and vendorsMonitoring all financial and business matters for their assigned portfolio, including CAM reconciliations, AR & AP tracking, leasing, legal matters, and insurance coveragesReviewing and analyzing standard monthly reporting package including operating statements, tenant ledgers, balance sheets, rent rolls, and aged delinquency reportsWorking with their supervisor to negotiate new leases and renewals for their portfolioExecuting tenant improvement plans and construction projects with the oversight of their supervisorPerforming reoccurring property inspections and following up on action items to ensure timely completionDrafting leases, listing agreements, legal notices, and other property related contract for their assigned portfolioAssisting with special projects as requiredParticipate in the development of best practices and contribute to continual procedural improvementsTravel 10-15% out of state.QualificationsCollege Graduate preferred5 years minimum experience with a commercial real estate management and industrial properties.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point.Superior time management, organizational and interpersonal skills.
Salary : $90,000 - $100,000
