Reporting to: Loan Operations Manager
Type: Exempt Salary Position
Location: The Bank’s Carlsbad office, located at 703 Palomar Airport Road, Suite 165, Carlsbad, CA 92011 - Option to work Hybrid/Remote Schedule
Responsibilities:
- Review daily system reports
- Perform Callbacks on Daily Transactions
- Perform Callback on Boarded Change in Terms
- Ensure Tickler Report stays up to date
- Ensure Collateral Tracking Report is up to date
- Approve Payoff Request forms
- Review and verify loan documentation for accuracy
- Prepare Monthly General Ledger certifications
- SBA 1502 7A Reporting and Payment Remittance
- SBA 7A New Loan and 75% Guaranteed Loan Booking
- File and update system for UCC Continuations
- Quarterly Cal Southern Reporting
- Prepare loans to be pledged to FHLB
- Confirm Held Collateral
- Participation Loan Audits
- Paid off Loans Collateral Release and Report up to date
- Flood Insurance Renewals confirmed and obtained
- Research and answer Client inquiries of loan related issues
- Collaborate with Loan Operations Manager for improved efficiency ideas and implementations
Salary : $70,000 - $90,000
