Job Summary

We are seeking compassionate and skilled In-Home Caregivers to join our team in Dane County, Wisconsin. As an In-Home Caregiver, you will provide in-home care and support to our clients, assisting with daily living tasks and routine home upkeep.
Responsibilities:
- Provide assistance with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Assist clients with light housekeeping, meal preparation, shopping, and laundry
- Assist with med reminders and other person specific tasks
- Encourage and support clients in maintaining their independence
- Document client care and services provided in accordance with company policies
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
- Contribute to the development of client care plans
- High School Diploma or Equivalent required
- 1 year of experience in caregiving or a related field preferred
- Valid driver's license with a reliable vehicle
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and push/pull up to 100 pounds
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Have a working phone
- Able and willing to commute from client home to client home
- Work in clients' homes, with occasional office visits
- Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
- Part-time and full-time positions available, with flexible scheduling to meet the needs of our clients and caregivers
