End to End is looking for a project manager to oversee the client / artist and brand relationships who we represent. The right person understand the complexity of maneuvering a lot of different projects at once and also understands the nuances of working with global talent both established and emerging!

Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary day-to-day liaison between artists, artists management, and internal teams to ensure exceptional client service, alignment on goals, and successful execution across touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, and licensing initiatives
- Oversee merchandising projects spanning touring, e-commerce, retail, VIP, licensing, events, and pop-up activations, ensuring seamless execution from concept through fulfillment / (Manage merchandise projects from initial kickoff through production, fulfillment, and final delivery.)
- Lead the coordination of artist commerce initiatives (tour, ecom, retail, etc) across multiple clients, serving as a primary point of contact for artists, management, and internal teams.
- Gather and organize creative assets, style direction, and feedback from clients; track revisions and approvals as needed.
- This role is responsible for managing the end-to-end product lifecycle, project timelines, and partnering cross-functionally across creative, production, finance, operations, and fulfillment to deliver exceptional client experiences.
- Success in this role requires balancing strategic thinking with strong communication & execution, while supporting the continued growth of artists’s commerce initiatives.
- Partnering with internal departments to develop and execute innovative merchandise, touring, and e-commerce strategies designed to maximize fan engagement, increase profitability, and expand overall artist commerce opportunities.
- Manage the full lifecycle of merchandise and commerce initiatives including product ideation, creative direction, timelines, approvals, and launch execution / (Manage merchandise projects from initial kickoff through production, fulfillment, and final delivery.)
- Coordinate effectively across production, creative, touring, e-commerce, retail, finance, and external partners to maintain clear communication, streamline workflows, and ensure projects are delivered accurately and on schedule / (Coordinate cross-functionally with design, production, sourcing, logistics, fulfillment, e-commerce, and sales teams.)
- Manage merchandise projects from initial kickoff through production, fulfillment, and final delivery.
- Build and maintain project timelines, ensuring milestones and launch dates remain on schedule.
- Communicate timelines and projects status to artist and management.
- Communicate project updates, approvals, timelines, and deliverables with clients in a clear and professional manner.
- Monitor production schedules and proactively identify risks before they impact delivery. (this should be on Spencer too)
- Partner with creative to ensure artwork, product specifications, samples, and approvals are completed accurately and on time. (a lot of this should be Chandlier)
- Resolve client issues quickly while maintaining a high level of service and professionalism.
- Build trusted, long-term relationships that lead to repeat business and account growth.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in account management, project management, production management, or client services.
- Experience in merchandise, apparel, manufacturing, promotional products, consumer products, fashion, music, or entertainment is strongly preferred.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities, timelines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with experience collaborating across clients, artists, and cross-functional teams. / Outstanding written and verbal communication skills. Professional, confident, and relationship-focused when working with clients.
- A self-starter with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow-through initiatives until completion.
- Proven ability to collaborate across multiple departments and balance competing priorities.
- A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving skills, a desire to continually improve processes and deliver exceptional results.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Docs, including Excel, Word; experience with project management tools (e.g., Notion, Asana, Monday.com, Trello) a plus
- A passion for music, fashion and culture
