Duties (Training Provided)
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential and commercial properties to identify pest issues.
- Develop and implement effective pest control strategies tailored to each client's needs.
- Apply pesticides and other treatments in accordance with safety regulations and best practices.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and educating them on pest prevention methods.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, including treatments applied and follow-up recommendations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery and client satisfaction.
Experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Previous experience in pest control or a related field is helpful.
- Strong sales skills to effectively communicate the benefits of services offered to clients.
- A valid driver's license is required for travel between job sites.
- Must have clean driving record in order to be assigned a company vehicle and gas card.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various environments.
