We take pride in offering cultural authenticity, warm hospitality, and a balanced dining experience that keeps our guests coming back for more.About the RoleAs a Barista at Encuentro Cafe, you’ll be an essential part of our team, crafting delicious coffee beverages and ensuring our guests enjoy the best of Venezuelan flavors. We’re looking for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and enjoys making people smile.What You’ll Do- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks with precision and care.- Assist guests in selecting beverages and menu items, offering recommendations when needed.- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring equipment is in top condition.- Collaborate with the team to create a warm and inviting atmosphere for guests.- Uphold our commitment to exceptional service and cultural authenticity.- Bilingual English-Spanish skills required.What We’re Looking For- At least 1 year of barista experience or equivalent experience in a similar role.- A passion for coffee and an appreciation for Venezuelan culture and cuisine.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to connect with guests and teammates.- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a lively, fast-paced environment.- A positive attitude and a genuine desire to provide excellent service.Why Join Us?At Encuentro Cafe, we’re more than just a restaurant—we’re a community.
