We have 4 immersive, themed escape rooms that follow unique story lines. Players have 60 - 75 minutes to escape by finding clues, solving puzzles, and deciphering codes. Job Overview
The Game Master creates energy and excitement while offering unforgettable experiences through welcoming, facilitating, and monitoring our escape games.
The Requirements
- Shows a creative mind and an active and friendly attitude
- Projects an image of courtesy and professionalism
- Present a positive attitude
- Requires excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must be able to type and react quickly in a high-speed environment
- Basic computer skills and the ability to utilize database software
- Evening and weekend availability (occasionally including federal holidays)
- Must have open Saturday availability
Responsibilities
- Greet customers with enthusiasm
- Manage check in and waiver signing process
- Lead game orientation with excitement
- Process payments
- Check out merchandise sales
- Diligently monitor games, quickly providing clues and additional assistance when appropriate
- Quickly and accurately reset game rooms
- Lead post-game review sessions with enthusiasm and positivity
- Provide excellent customer service on the phone and in person
- Maintain composure and enthusiasm while troubleshooting and solving customer issues
- Acting as a character when needed
- Cleaning duties
- Problem-solve minor room malfunctions
- Other duties as assigned
