About the Role
Encrypt MD IT Cloud & Cyber Services is looking for a Computer Technician Intern to support basic IT tasks while gaining hands-on, real-world experience. This role is ideal for students interested in IT, cloud, or cybersecurity.
Responsibilities
- Assist with basic computer and user support (onsite and remote)
- Help troubleshoot common issues (slow PCs, Wi-Fi, printers, login problems)
- Assist with computer setup and software installation
- Support Microsoft 365 tasks (email, accounts, passwords)
- Learn documentation and ticketing best practices
Basic Knowledge Required
- General understanding of Windows computers
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365
- Basic computer hardware knowledge (laptops, desktops, peripherals)
- Strong willingness to learn and follow instructions
