Encore Village of Schaumburg is currently hiring for a Lifestyles Associate. This is a FT position Sunday- Thursday.
DESCRIPTION:
Responsible for the implementation and evaluation of programs to enhance the lifestyles of
assisted living residents under the direction of the Assisted Living Lifestyles Manager. Works
collaboratively with the Resident Assistants, and the Willows and Lifestyles teams to meet the
social, emotional, spiritual, cognitive, and physical needs of the residents.

- Experience with music, crafts, activities, religious programming preferred.
- Ability and willingness to work weekend, evening and holiday hours as scheduled.
- Must display initiative, good judgment and critical thinking, must be flexible,
