What are the responsibilities and job description for the Motorcoach Operations Support Specialist position at Encore - US?
Your Team
Busforsale (B4S) is one of the nation’s top resellers of entertainment coaches, specializing in luxury motorcoaches used by touring artists, production teams, and private groups. Our team operates in a high-energy, fast-paced environment where every coach represents a story of craftsmanship and performance. We’re a tight-knit group that values reliability, attention to detail, and pride in our work.
If you love buses, enjoy hands-on work, and want to be around the heart of the entertainment industry, this is your chance to be part of something special.
Your Role
As a Motorcoach Operations Support Specialist, you’ll serve as the central link between our sales, service, and operations teams. You’ll move, inspect, and support our fleet of luxury coaches while ensuring every vehicle meets our high presentation standards. This is not a cleaning or maintenance job—it’s a technical and logistical support role where your CDL and bus knowledge will shine.
You’ll walk through every new coach, complete inbound inspections, assist with multi-point reports, and make sure our lot stays organized and show-ready for buyers. For the right person, this role can evolve into a full-time position or even a transition into sales.
