Your Role: Drive Meaningful Change
As a BCBA at Encore Support Services, you’ll lead transformative behavioral strategies and foster development for children with autism. Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting systematic behavioral assessments, including functional analyses, to inform tailored interventions.
- Designing and overseeing ethical, evidence-based behavior plans and skill acquisition programs.
- Supervising and training Behavioral Technicians (BTs) to ensure high-quality program implementation.
- Reviewing and approving behavior and treatment plans for field staff.
- Supporting families by providing clear, empathetic guidance on assessment results and next steps.
- Navigating home and community-based services to deliver impactful care.
- Building relationships with local clinics, schools, and community agencies to expand our reach.
What We’re Looking For
- Certification: Current BCBA certification and a valid license in New York.
- Experience: 1 year in ABA preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply!
- Skills: Strong clinical competence, judgment, and familiarity with a variety of assessments.
- Expertise: Experience with applied behavior analysis for children with ASD or related disorders.
- Qualities: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to thrive in a dynamic environment.
