What You’ll Do
- Support the Administrator in overseeing daily community operations
- Supervise and coach department leaders and staff
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and company policies
- Assist with audits, surveys, and quality assurance processes
- Help manage staffing, scheduling, and team performance
- Step in to support caregiving and medication administration as needed
- Foster a positive, resident-centered culture
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in assisted living, caregiving, or healthcare required
- Medication administration experience preferred (or willingness to learn)
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Highly organized with attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for working with seniors and supporting a team
