Location: Houston, TX – Energy Corridor

Compensation: $45k to $50k Base Salary Uncapped commissions (Total of $70k to $90k per year at on-target plan)

Job Duties:
- Cold Call VP Level Financial Advisors across the nation, to see if they’re interested in speaking with our clients about changing firms
- All Cold Call lists and Training shall be provided by Encore Search Partners
- Overcome objections from Financial Advisors, with the intent of turning a No into a Yes
- Make 180 outbound Cold Calls per day
- Generate 2-4 Qualified leads per week
Required Skills:

- No previous Recruiting experience required

Probationary Period:
- All employment opportunities with Encore Search Partners will begin on a Probationary Period of 90 business days from the start of employment during which the employee’s performance and suitability for Employment will be monitored by Encore Search Partners. For the duration of 90 days, employment may be terminated at any time during this period without notice. Encore Search Partners may, at its discretion, extend the Probationary Period for up to 30 additional days. During the Probationary Period, performance and suitability for continued Employment will be monitored. At the end of the Probationary Period, the employee will be informed if they have successfully completed the Probationary Period.
