Responsibilities

• Perform detailed cleaning of contents affected by water, fire, mold, or other damages using industry-standard techniques and equipment
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for disassembly, cleaning, and restoration of items
• Conduct mold remediation and asbestos abatement procedures following safety protocols and industry guidelines
• Assist with water damage restoration tasks such as drying, dehumidification, and moisture detection
• Support construction-related activities when necessary to facilitate content removal or structural repairs
• Maintain accurate documentation of all cleaning processes, procedures performed, and materials used
• Follow safety procedures diligently to ensure a safe working environment for yourself and team members

Experience

• Prior experience in the restoration industry is highly preferred, especially in content cleaning or related fields
• Familiarity with fire and water damage restoration processes is advantageous
• Knowledge of mold remediation and asbestos abatement techniques is a plus
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, carpet cleaning equipment, and other restoration tools
• Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in various environments
• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects effectively

Pay: $15.00 - $26.99 per hour
