Summary:
The maintenance technician will be responsible for performing highly diversified duties to install, troubleshoot, repair and maintain facility. This person will work in a safe manner and take appropriate action to ensure safety of themselves and others in building
Essential Duties & Responsibilities - In this position you will:
Ø Perform routine maintenance on building interior and exterior, including basic plumbing.
Ø Simple/ a electrical tasks
Ø Maintain a schedule of when maintenance has been performed and when next service is due.
Ø Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs.
Ø Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
Ø Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts.
Ø Painting and furniture assembly.
Ø Use a variety of hand/power tools and material handling equipment while performing duties.
Ø Detect faulty operations, defective material and report those to management.
Ø Comply with safety regulations.
Ø Maintain and clean warehouse.
Background/Experience – To qualify for this position, you will need to have:
Ø 2-5 years of maintenance experience with a small to mid-sized company.
Ø Be able to stand, walk, bend, and climbing all day.
Ø Frequently lifting and moving items up to and exceeding 75 pounds.
Ø High school diploma/GED or equivalent years of experience in maintenance.
Ø Good decision making, communication and time management skills.
Ø Must be thorough, dependable, motivated and possess repair skills.
Ø Bilingual
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
