Core Responsibilities
Execution & Leadership
- Execute the standard for policy adherence and enforce company protocols across teams.
- Implement Encore’s strategic priorities through disciplined project leadership.
Client Relationship & Collaboration
- Manage contractor-facing client relationships to maximize engagement and business value.
- Build layered connections within customer organizations for deeper influence.
- Facilitate seamless collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Estimating, Engineering, Production, Logistics, Finance & Administration.
Project Strategy & Operations
- Own the full project lifecycle—from schedule creation and milestone tracking to resource allocation and compliance.
- Proactively identify risks and implement corrective strategies before they impact delivery.
- Lead post-project audits to surface process improvements and resolve outstanding issues.
- Collaborate on or lead show drawing development and peer reviews.
- Oversee procurement and coordinate production and delivery to meet critical deadlines.
- Resolve conflict decisively and professionally, applying root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.

Qualifications
- 3 years managing construction projects
- Associate’s degree or higher preferred
- PMP certification a plus
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Valid driver’s license
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $69,891.48 - $84,170.39 per year
