We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Foreman to join our team starting March 2026. This individual will lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of concrete projects while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.

We are seeking an experienced and dependable Concrete Foreman to join our team starting March 2026. This individual will lead and supervise concrete crews on job sites. This role is critical to ensuring the successful planning, coordination, and execution of concrete projects while maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency standards.
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
- Supervise and lead concrete crew on-site, ensuring all work is performed safely and efficiently.
- Communicate daily work schedules, crew assignments, and job expectations to field employees.
- Coordinate project timelines, mobilization, and resource allocation to meet deadlines.
- Set up job sites, order materials, and coordinate trucking logistics for timely delivery.
- Monitor and measure daily concrete yields and ensure adherence to project specifications and quality standards.
- Read and interpret blueprints, project plans, and specifications
- Identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the course of work, reporting to project management as needed.
- Complete detailed daily reports using construction management software, including tracking work performed, materials used, and labor hours for all employees.
- Ensure compliance with all company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Communicating with the Estimators ensure project specifications and deadlines are met.
- Availability to work 10-12 hours a day and travel Monday through Friday all over Kansas and surrounding states.
- Proven experience as a concrete foreman or similar leadership role in construction.
- Strong understanding of concrete operations, materials, equipment, procedures, and ADA specifications.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and foster a productive work environment.
- Proficient in using construction software for documentation and reporting (training provided if needed).
- Ability to travel regularly during the workweek (Monday–Friday).
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred but not required).
- Strong attention to detail and safety awareness.
