Responsibilities:
- Process prescription orders accurately and efficiently.
- Handle incoming calls and inquiries from customers.
- Assist customers with placing orders and resolving issues.
- Perform light office duties as needed.
Necessary Skills:
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Fluency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledgeable about optical field terminology and practices.
- Familiarity with single vision/progressive lenses, lens materials, PD-height-add-prism.
- Previous experience in an optical store, optometry practice, or laboratory.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:30 PM
Salary: Competitive, negotiable based on experience and qualifications.
