What You’ll Be Doing:
- Placing phone calls to prospective or existing clients using our friendly, easy-to-follow conversation scripts.
- Listening to customer needs and accurately explaining benefits.
- Answering basic questions and guiding customers through the enrollment or purchasing process.
- Maintaining accurate, simple notes in our computer database system.
