Position Overview

Encore Metal Roofing & Construction is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Construction Sales Representative to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in residential construction, roofing, siding, windows, doors, decks, or additions and enjoy working directly with homeowners.

We are willing to train the right candidate who has a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a desire to build a long-term career in the construction industry.

Responsibilities

• Meet with homeowners to discuss roofing and exterior remodeling projects.
• Conduct property inspections and assess customer needs.
• Prepare accurate estimates and present project proposals.
• Explain products, materials, warranties, financing options, and project timelines.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
• Generate new business through referrals, networking, and company-provided leads.
• Follow up with prospective customers and answer questions promptly.
• Coordinate with project managers to ensure projects are completed on time and exceed customer expectations.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity using company software.
• Represent Encore Metal Roofing & Construction with professionalism, honesty, and integrity.
• Meet established sales and customer satisfaction goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in one or more of the following:
• Roofing
• Metal roofing
• Siding
• Windows
• Doors
• Deck construction
• Home additions
• Residential construction
• Previous construction sales experience is preferred but not required.
• We will train the right candidate with construction knowledge and a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Self-motivated and organized.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

Compensation & Benefits

• Full-time position
• $27.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience
• Commission opportunities after successful completion of the 90-day probationary period
• Company vehicle provided for work-related travel

• 1 week after 1 year of employment
