Responsibilities:
- Assist in implementing custom-designed treatment plans that truly change the lives of children with autism.
- Measure and monitor the effectiveness of each client's progress and treatment plans by collecting and reporting critical data using our advanced technology tools.
- Communicate professionally with clients and their families
- Directly implement services in the designated setting(s) (school, home, community) as set by your supervisor.
- Modify performances based on feedback provided by your supervisor and insurance provider.
- Attend initial and continued trainings as directed by the agency or company
- Maintain client confidentiality according to protocol.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities or autism preferred.
- Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality laws and professionalism at all times.
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
