What You'll Do
- Respond to residential service calls.
- Diagnose and repair customer issues.
- Deliver a five-star customer experience on every visit.
- Educate homeowners on their options in an honest and professional manner.
- Identify homeowners who may benefit from a replacement or upgrade solution and connect them with one of our Field Supervisors when it's the right fit.
- Work closely with our Field Supervisors to create the best outcome for the customer.
- Complete service documentation using our mobile software.
- Represent Encore Heating and Air with professionalism and integrity.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of 1-2 years of residential service experience, or 1-2 years of residential installation experience with a desire to transition into service.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Professional, dependable, and customer-focused.
- Comfortable using technology and mobile apps.
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record.
- A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a desire to learn and improve every day.
