What You'll Do

As an LPN, you'll play a vital role in delivering quality nursing care and ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of our residents. Responsibilities include:

• Providing direct nursing care, medications, and treatments.
• Assessing residents and promptly reporting changes in condition.
• Communicating with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary care team.
• Completing accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Supervising and supporting CNAs while promoting teamwork and quality resident care.
• Helping maintain a safe, clean, and survey-ready environment.
• Advocating for resident rights while providing compassionate, resident-centered care.

Qualifications

• Current Louisiana LPN license in good standing.
• Strong assessment, communication, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, dependable, and committed to providing outstanding resident care.
• Long-term care experience is preferred but not required.
