What You’ll Do as an AT&T Enrollment Specialist:
- Represent AT&T with professionalism while promoting industry-leading products and services to new and existing customers
- Deliver personalized solutions by conducting engaging presentations and transparent pricing discussions
- Build long-term customer relationships and serve as a trusted point of contact
- Address customer questions and concerns efficiently to drive sales satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
- Track performance and consistently work toward exceeding enrollment and sales goals
- Share insights and feedback with leadership to help refine AT&T Enrollment Specialist team strategies and improve promotional offerings

What We’re Looking For in an AT&T Enrollment Specialist:
- High school diploma or GED required
- 1 year of experience in sales, customer service, or another customer-facing role (preferred)
- Previous experience as an AT&T Enrollment Specialist is a plus
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with a competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Proven ability to meet or exceed performance metrics
- Effective problem-solving, negotiation, and leadership capabilities
