With a team of over 2,400 dedicated employees, we provide innovative, customized fire suppression, fire sprinkler, and fire alarm solutions that protect lives and properties every day. Our goal is to deliver superior experience to those who trust us to safeguard what matters most. We are passionate about continuous growth, innovation, and maintaining a culture that thrives on success and commitment to safety. Our mission? To be the best fire protection company the industry has ever seen.

Our continued growth and success have created a need for a Fire Alarm Service Manager for our Parsippany, NJ operation. As our Fire Alarm Service Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the inspection, maintenance, and repair of fire alarm systems, ensuring high standards of safety and compliance. In this role, you’ll play a key part in managing day-to-day operations, resolving technical issues, and driving exceptional service delivery.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Set clear goals and expectations for the team while identifying coaching and development opportunities, helping them grow their technical and industry expertise
  • Partner with senior leadership to drive departmental strategy, set operational targets, and improve profitability
  • Conduct onsite visits as needed to ensure work is completed safely, efficiently, and up to Encore standards
What You'll Need:

While experience is important, we also value individuals who are results-driven and committed to getting things done.

  • 5 years of management experience in a service-based business (HVAC, plumbing, facilities, etc.). Fire protection experience is a plus, but not required—we’ll teach you everything you need to know
  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field is preferred
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team while fostering a culture of excellence and safety
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities to diagnose complex issues and implement effective solutions
  • Outstanding communication skills for building relationships with clients and resolving service issues efficiently
  • Proven project management experience, handling scheduling, resource allocation, budgeting, and quality control
  • Adaptability in a dynamic industry with evolving technologies and regulations

  • Competitive Salary
: Compensation commensurate with your experience, with the opportunity to earn performance-based bonuses tied to your personal effectiveness and contributions to the team.

  • Flexible Dress Code: Upon joining, you’ll receive branded Encore gear, and we believe in dressing for the objective, not the occasion. Most days, you can enjoy a casual work environment, but we’ll dress up when the situation calls for it.
