Event/DJ Transportation and Setup Tech

Job Summary

Encore Events, one of the nation's leading event entertainment companies, is expanding our seasonal transportation team.

If you enjoy being on the move instead of staring at a computer screen all day, this could be the perfect fit. You'll spend your time driving premium company vehicles, visiting some of the area's best event venues, and playing an important role in bringing unforgettable events to life.

Behind every successful event is a transportation team that keeps everything running on schedule. From loading equipment to making sure every delivery arrives safely and on time, your work directly impacts the success of each event.

No CDL is necessary. We're looking for someone with a clean driving record, dependable work habits, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work alongside our production team throughout the day.

This position is ideal for college students, retirees, or anyone looking to earn extra income with flexible scheduling while being part of a fun, energetic company.

What You'll Do

• Transport event equipment to and from venues throughout the region
• Help load, unload, set up, and tear down equipment with our production staff
• Provide friendly, professional service while representing the Encore Events brand
• Help ensure every event has the equipment it needs, exactly when it's needed

• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
• A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
• Availability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
