Responsibilities
Web Design
- 4 years experience in graphic design
- Design and maintain website pages, landing pages, and digital marketing assets
- Optimize layouts for conversion, usability, and responsive performance
- Collaborate with marketing and development teams to implement design updates
- Ensure brand consistency across all web properties
- Improve site performance through UX/UI best practices and A/B testing
- Design responsive email templates, newsletters, and campaign graphics
- Build or modify HTML email templates for marketing automation platforms
- Ensure email designs render correctly across major email clients and devices
- Work with marketing team to optimize email campaigns for engagement and conversion
- Maintain a library of reusable email components and templates
- Create graphics for digital campaigns, landing pages, and promotions
- Assist with creative assets for social media or paid campaigns
- Stay up-to-date on web design, email design, and UX trends
- Strong portfolio demonstrating web and email design work
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
- Working knowledge of HTML/CSS (especially for email design)
- Understanding of responsive design and UX/UI principles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects
- Experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.) Familiarity with CMS platforms such as WordPress
