Content Writer

We are seeking a talented and versatile Financial Content Writer to join our team and deliver outstanding capital raising marketing materials, while also supporting our brand marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will be responsible for crafting compelling business plans for private equity product placement memorandums, translating them into engaging marketing materials across various platforms, and preparing quarterly investor reports. This role requires a keen understanding of business strategy and marketing principles, as well as the ability to write for an audience of knowledgeable investors.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop comprehensive business plans for product placement memorandums, meticulously outlining market analysis, strategic objectives, and tactical approaches.
• Translate business plans into impactful marketing materials, including but not limited to pitch decks, educational videos, social media content, and supportive thought leadership pieces.
• Conduct thorough research and stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform content strategy and decision-making.
• Prepare and write quarterly investor reports, providing updates on asset performance and analyzing financial results.
• Maintain the freshness of our marketing collateral by updating materials quarterly, adeptly translating financial data into polished presentations.
• Create engaging and thoroughly researched original content, demonstrating strong writing skills and the ability to convey complex financial information effectively.
• Contribute to our branding efforts by collaborating on the development of website, email, and social media content, ensuring consistency and alignment with our brand values.
• Proficient project management abilities, enabling you to effectively manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional writing skills, allowing you to craft clear, persuasive copy that resonates with investors and communicates our value proposition effectively.
• A talent for conducting original research.

Qualifications We Value:

• 5 years in RFPs, content writing, marketing and/or communications.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively with remote colleagues.
• Thrives in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized, data-driven, and detail-oriented, with strong proofreading skills.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel for translating financial data into compelling presentations.
• Knowledge of commercial real estate equity marketing a plus.
• Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
