Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our in-office team. Responsibilities and Qualifications are listed below.
Responsibilities:
- Managing company’s Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
- Overseeing the company’s monthly Bank Reconciliation for multiple accounts
- Managing and processing weekly payroll
- Managing and processing weekly Certified Payroll, and monthly union benefits
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum 3–5 years of Certified Payroll and AR/AP Management.
- Technical Knowledge: Proficient in Quickbooks, Union Reports, Certified Payroll.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Management, related field, or equivalent combination of work experience.
- Excellent financial literacy skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Benefits:
- Salary Range: $25-$40/hr USD - Rate based on experience and skills.
