Qualifications
- Reliable and punctual with a strong willingness to learn the electrical trade
- MUST HAVE SOME PREVIOUS ELECTRICAL EXPERIENCE
- Previous construction or electrical experience preferred, but not required
- Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions accurately
- Willingness to work in indoor and outdoor environments under varying conditions
- Physically able to lift materials, climb ladders, and perform repetitive tasks
- Strong attention to safety and job site awareness
- Valid, non-restricted driver’s license preferred
Responsibilities
- Assist electricians with the installation, maintenance, and repair of electrical systems
- Support rough-in, trim-out, and final installation tasks under supervision
- Gather, organize, and transport tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all safety procedures, electrical codes, and company policies
- Perform basic electrical tasks as skills develop, under direct supervision
- Work collaboratively with team members to meet project deadlines
- Demonstrate a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn the trade
Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour
