Full job description

We are seeking a skilled and dependable part-time Maintenance contractor to support our low-income housing property. This role involves hands-on work in plumbing, electrical, painting, unit turns and general property upkeep.

Responsibilities include:

  • Routine maintenance and general repairs
  • Plumbing and electrical work
  • Painting and surface touch-ups

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in property maintenance or repairs
  • Proficiency in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and painting
  • Ability to lift and carry tools/equipment
  • Reliable, self-motivated, and detail-oriented

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 30.0 per week

Experience:

  • Property maintenance: 3 years (Preferred)

Work Location: In person

Salary : $20 - $23
