Job Duties
- Creating and posting job ads on different search platforms
- Going through resumes
- Screening applicants via phone
- Maintaining a consistent, busy, and organized schedule for yourself
- Performing in person interviews
- Scheduling in person interviews for other team members
- Make offer packages via email and phone
- Maintaining hiring deadlines
Qualifications
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to sit in front of a computer and remain undistracted all day
- Willingness to talk on the phone all day long
- Ability to lead a meeting
- Must be able to hold others accountable
- 4 year degree is preferred
Salary : $50,000 - $60,000
