What You’ll Be Doing
As a Lead Construction Installation Technician, you’ll work as part of a 2-person crew installing high-performance concrete coatings. Your day-to-day includes:
- Loading your work van with the right tools and materials
- Prepping concrete using professional equipment (orbital grinders, vacuums, etc.)
- Applying our coating systems using proven techniques
- Interacting with customers on-site in a professional and friendly manner
- Taking photos of completed work for quality assurance
- Tracking material usage and completing basic documentation
- Cleaning and organizing your truck and equipment daily
- Working with our production leader to ensure daily success
Who We’re Looking For
We’re looking for motivated, dependable team players who take pride in their work and are eager to learn. Experience in construction, painting, general labor, or flooring is helpful — but not required.
Requirements:
- Valid Driver’s License (you’ll be operating company vehicles)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Comfortable with physical labor and working in various weather conditions
- Positive attitude and team-first mentality
- Ability to lead a small team (or the desire to grow into that)
- Professional appearance and good communication skills
- Must speak English (bilingual Spanish/English a plus)
