Position Overview
- Full-time, steady hours
- $30–$40 per hour depending on experience
- Overtime available
- Work on skid steers, mini excavators, lifts, telehandlers, and other construction equipment
- Mix of shop work and field service
- Consistent year-round workload
- Perform maintenance, inspections, and repairs on construction equipment
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical issues
- Troubleshoot problems quickly and correctly
- Prepare equipment so it is job-site ready and reliable
- Work with rental and operations teams to keep the fleet moving
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation
- Experience as a mechanic or service technician
- Background working on construction, rental, or industrial equipment preferred
- Strong understanding of hydraulics, electrical systems, engines, and mechanical components
- Ability to diagnose and repair equipment without guesswork
- Solid work ethic and attention to detail
- Physically capable of hands-on shop and field work
- Valid driver's license
- $30–$40 per hour based on experience
